We exclusively utilize FedEx shipping for all our orders to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
Upon shipment, you'll receive a Shipping Notification email with your tracking number and shipping date for tracking. Check your order status online via the "Track Order" page with your Order ID and Email.

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be in unworn or unused condition, with tags and in its original packaging. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item.
Unfortunately, personalized custom items and sale items are not eligible for returns. According to EU regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
