We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be in unworn or unused condition, with tags and in its original packaging. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item.
Unfortunately, personalized custom items and sale items are not eligible for returns. According to EU regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Only problem i had was the delivery date not too long but its was worth the wait
MUST I SAY MORE? likeee I'm so in love with this necklace, it feels very high quality and has some weight to it, not sure what materials were used but I'm in lovee, haven't showered with it yet so I don't know if it tarnishes or not.
