We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be in unworn or unused condition, with tags and in its original packaging. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item.
Unfortunately, personalized custom items and sale items are not eligible for returns. According to EU regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

I really LOVE the set. The bracelet was a bit too big but after reaching out to Customer Service they informed me where I could take it to have it resized to fit my wrist. Took it to a local jeweler, they removed a few links, and now it fits perfectly!
